He is a certified SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence, which demonstrates his expertise in working with all the modules of SAP Business Objects like Web Intelligence, Crystal reports, IDT, UDT, Explorer, Lumira, Dashboard, Design studio, BOE, CMC, Tableau, Power BI, Analysis for OLAP. Vishal has extensive experience in the role of a Business Analyst, where he is responsible for gathering business requirements, as well as a Business Data Analyst, where he performs data analysis and verification regarding any aspect of customer data. He has worked with various organizations, including Teach for America and USAA, where he served as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and SAP Business Intelligence Consultant, respectively. Currently, Vishal is working as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Amtrak, where he is responsible for designing and developing data warehouses, creating dashboards, and providing insights to the business. He has a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland and has a strong technical background in web and data warehouse technologies.
